All Three Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrups

Barrel No. 1: This bourbon barrel aged maple syrup is the lightest of the three barrels. Tones of caramel and vanilla mix together to make a great syrup for topping of pancakes or waffles. This is the lightest of the bourbon flavours

Medium strength bourbon tones off the top with vanilla popping through leading to an amber maple finish with caramel.

Barrel No. 2: A balanced blend of maple and bourbon flavours. Barrel No. 2 was filled with amber syrup from this springs batches. After aging in the barrel for 6 months it seems to have darkened colour. The bourbon and amber syrup flavours are well balanced together.

Medium strength bourbon tones off the top with vanilla popping through leading to a smooth lingering finish. 

Barrel No. 3 The strongest bourbon flavour of all three barrels. Barrel No. 3 was filled with dark syrup from the three darkest batches this spring. After aging in the barrel for 6 months the bourbon and vanilla flavours have come through very strong in this batch. Definitely one only for bourbon lovers.

Strong bourbon tones off the top with vanilla popping through leading to a smooth lingering amaretto like finish.
