Cyser: A mead which has been fermented with apple juices. We have fermented wild crabapple juice with our honey to make our unique expression of this traditional blend.
Tasting Notes: A dry sparkling cyser bursting with apple to start, softly fading into notes of honey that dance on your tongue.
Bottles must be chilled for 12 hours. Serve below 5C.
Bottle conditioned. Yeast naturally settles. Enjoy Fresh.
