Melomel: A mead that has been fermented with fruit. As kids our mom always served us cranberry juice mixed with sparkling water as a treat for holiday dinners and special occasions. Our cranberry mead is an adult version of this, except we made it to be enjoyed any day of the year.
Tasting Notes: Bursting with cranberry and dancing with honey, this dry cranberry mead is the perfect balance of tart fruit and subtle honey notes.
Bottles must be chilled for 24 hours. Serve below 5C.
Bottle conditioned. Yeast naturally settles. Enjoy Fresh.
Mead is naturally gluten free. No sulphites added.
