Cyser: A mead that has been fermented with apple juice. Made with Ontario crabapple juice, this is our take on this traditional drink.

Tasting Notes: Like a light, dry apple cider, tangy and slightly tart. This is one of our most popular meads. 

Bottles must be chilled for 12 hours. Serve below 5C.
Bottle conditioned. Yeast naturally settles. Enjoy Fresh.  

Mead is naturally gluten free. No sulphites added. 

We believe in sustainable fermenting and farming practices. We use fresh ingredients from local farms and promise to always make our meads the best they can bee.
