This mead was made with a rare honey varietal that the bees collected during the apple blossom and dandelion bloom.
Tasting Notes: A beautiful honey fragrance on the nose. Upon first sip, apples play on your tongue shifting to notes of pear and honey leading to a long, smooth finish.
Bottles must be chilled for 12 hours. Serve below 5C.
