A balanced blend of maple and bourbon flavours. Barrel No. 2 was filled with amber syrup from this springs batches. After aging in the barrel for 6 months it seems to have darkened colour. The bourbon and amber syrup flavours are well balanced together.
Medium strength bourbon tones off the top with vanilla popping through leading to a smooth lingering finish.
