Creamed honey does not contain dairy. It has been crystallized rapidly by stirring and adding in a small amount of previously creamed honey. I take great pride in my creamed honey and promise it is amazing! I also keep all of my creamed honey raw to retain all of the good things in the honey, which is uncommon for a creamed honey.
