Blackberry Raspberry Dry Sparkling Mead

Melomel: A mead that has been fermented with fruit. When we were kids, we would spend summer days picking wild blackberries and raspberries that grow abundantly on our farm. Our dog loved them too, and it was always a race to get to them before he did. This mead celebrates summer and those care-free moments of childhood. 

Tasting Notes: A tart raspberry start, transitioning to subtle blackberry with notes of honey to finish. 

Bottles must be chilled for 12 hours. Serve below 5C.
Bottle conditioned. Yeast naturally settles. Enjoy Fresh.  

Mead is naturally gluten free. No sulphites added.
